2018 WorldSkills USA Team

Congratulations Robert Schultz, District 9 Texas!
Robert has been selected as part of the 2019 WorldSkills USA Team to Kazan, The 2019 WorldSkills USA team announced June 29 at the NLSC awards  ceremony. The team will begin its training next month to prepare for competition Aug. 22-27, 2019, in Kazan, Russia. The 45th WorldSkills competition will bring together 1,500 competitors from 60 countries in 50 occupational areas. SkillsUSA will announce the team with bios, photos and a special microsite in the weeks ahead.
Heidi Walsh is the WorldSkills USA team leader, along with Jerry Walsh as co-leader. Sheila Hyde, District 5 Director in Texas serves as the Restaurant Service Expert. The team will be at the SkillsUSA National Leadership Center in Leesburg, Va., for training Aug. 19-22. Other members will include;
