State Farm has a new grant opportunity called “State Farm Teacher Assist.” The program will give a total of $500,000 to teachers in California, Florida, Michigan, New York and Texas. Forty teachers in each of these states will receive a $2,500 grant to implement their innovative ideas.
The submission phase opens on Jan. 11 at 4 p.m. local time, and ends on Jan. 15, or when 200 submissions are reached in each of the five states. The winning teachers will be announced by State Farm on Feb. 1.
