Registration is not finalized until you click the submit button on the next page.  Once you have finalized, you may not make changes to your registration.  Your registration must be submitted on or before the Close Date.  Beginning on the Late Fee Date registration is late and late fees may apply. 

Late registrations are not guaranteed registration items at the time of packet pickup. 

Cancellations must be in writing and received two weeks prior to conference. After this time, cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Registration is not complete until payment is received.  You should print a registration invoice to begin the payment process with your business office.  SkillsUSA Texas will accept checks or money orders.

The Personal Liability and Medical Release, Code of Conduct Agreement & Photography and Sound Release form and Medical Information Form must be given to your district director at the time you receive your registration packet at the conference.  Do not mail these forms.  You will find these forms in the registration packet or on the web page where your district information is found.

Payments received without your registration invoice or Texas Chapter number clearly printed on the check will be returned to your school and your payment may be considered late.
