#KeepCraftAlive Scholarship Awarded to Texas Student

Congratulations! Jacqueline Medina from Harlingen High School has been awarded a $2500.00 one time scholarship from Fine Homebuilding.  This scholarship is part of their #KeepCraftAlive movement.

In the spirit of the #KeepCraftAlive movement, applicants celebrated the value and meaning of true craftsmanship in their trades and their plan to continue their education in community colleges, undergraduate programs or industry certification curricula. Fine Homebuilding will awarded the scholarship to students in fields such as architectural drafting, carpentry, cabinetmaking, electrical and residential wiring, HVACR, masonry, woodworking and plumbing for the 2018-19 academic year.

Texas keeps earning well deserved recognition!  Keep up the good work!
