The #KeepCraftAliveScholarship

SkillsUSA, in partnership with Fine Homebuilding Magazine, announces a scholarship initiative. The #KeepCraftAliveScholarship will open Feb. 1.

Fine Homebuilding will be awarding scholarships to SkillsUSA high school or college/postsecondary students continuing their education or certification programs in construction-related fields, such as architectural drafting, carpentry, cabinetmaking, electrical and residential wiring, HVACR, masonry, woodworking and plumbing.

Selections will be based on completion of an application, along with a 300-word essay showing applicants’ passion for their craft and a letter of support from a teacher, administrator, SkillsUSA advisor or educational/professional mentor.

Application deadline is May 30 at midnight EDTApply online today.
