Members from across Texas travel to Austin to represent their CTE programs to our State Legislatures at the Capitol. Training includes communication, parliamentary procedure, advocacy training, and House Rules for students and advisors. Student leaders gain access to the Texas House floor where they perform mock legislation and debate proposed bills, followed by meetings with their Texas Representatives.

Registration Opens on January 8th at www.skillsusa-register.org. Registration Closes February 5th. The Registration cost of this event will be $40 per attendee. No cancellations, refunds or late registration after Feb 5th. To pay with a credit card please add a 3% fee. Payment is due Mar 5th.
The Registration does not cover hotel costs – each school will book its own accommodations. Rooms rates are $129/night under the SkillsUSA block. Book your rooms here. Room block closes Jan 26th for the Skills rate.
