Advisor of the Year Application 

The District 6 Leadership and Skills Conference will be held on  TSTC in Waco will host most of our Technical Contests on Feb 8 & 9 and Leadership / Closing will be in Waxahachie on Feb 16. The entry fee for District 6 SkillsUSA competition is $40.00 per student.  Students registering after Feb 1 will pay a $50.00 late entry fee.  Make checks or money orders payable to SkillsUSA Texas District 6 and mail them to the address listed below. Please include your chapter number and invoice with the check. We will only accept checks in the mail; never in person.

February 1st is the deadline for SkillsUSA membership.  You must register your students by this date to be eligible to compete in district contests.  Be sure that you have submitted students’ names on the national web page.

TSTC Conference Liability forms: These forms MUST be complete before you are allowed to be on campus: TSTC RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT FOR MINORS

SkillsUSA Texas Personal Liability and Medical Release

This Document should be downloaded and sent home with each student.  It should be reviewed with their parent or guardian, signed and returned to the advisors.  The advisor will then indicate this form has been reviewed and signed by checking the box at the bottom of each students registration and by entering the information on the registration page during registration or  after the registration has closed.  IT MUST BE COMPLETED FOR ALL EVENTS.
