State Office Information

It’s that Time! The SkillsUSA Texas state office will officially close today at 12:00 pm.  From all of us here we wish you a restful winter break, a Happy Holiday season and hope you welcome the New Year with great expectations.

Registration will remain open throughout the break so you are able to work with your registration as you wish.  We will return to the office on Wednesday, December 26 if you have questions or need help please don’t hesitate to call, 800-444-2297.

You will not see registration for SkillsUSA Texas Legislative Day.  We have decided that without the House Floor this year we will ask that all chapters participate in SkillsUSA Week February 3-8, 2019.  For more information go to and search SkillsUSA Week or go to  You’ll find an entire week of activities for your chapter there.

Your State Officers will represent the SkillsUSA Texas organization to legislatures during the CTSO Capitol Days January 30 -31st.  2019. They are out there making our organization well known and working with all other CTSO officers.

District contest information is posted as we receive it from your district directors.  You’ll find that at, click on District Information and then your district #.

We post information to our state web page often so please refer to  for information concerning your district contest, state contest and other SkillsUSA Texas events. There is information posted about scholarship deadlines and opportunities for students and advisors.

Our new office staff is also working to keep our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts updated.  If you want information, you should be able to find it but you can always call the office, 800-444-2297.  When we are not here, it’s forward to one of our cell phones.
